- The library's collection increased from 3 million to 4.5 million items
- Library customers logged 44,000 computer hours
- 14,000 people checked out Dallas Public Library's Wi-Fi hotspots anc Chromebooks to access the internet
- Since 2014, more than 800 people have earned their GED, for free, through the Dallas Public Library
- Library branches served as warming locations during winter storms and cooling centers during the summer months
- Dallas Public Library educated and entertained people through both in-person and virgual programs including 5,969 children's programs, 26,672 adult education programs and another 39,090 online programs
